Start your journey into the underwater world with a professional Open Water Diver Course in Hurghada and discover the excitement of breathing underwater.
This beginner-friendly diving course is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and practical experience needed to become an Open Water Diver. Over 3–4 days, you will learn the basics of scuba diving, practise your skills in shallow confined water or a swimming pool, and then take your training into the open Red Sea.
With a professional dive instructor guiding you throughout the course, you will gradually build your confidence and learn how to dive safely and comfortably.
After successfully completing the course and receiving your Open Water Diver certification, you can dive in most parts of the world to a maximum depth of 18 metres, opening the door to new diving and travel experiences.
Your Open Water diving course combines diving theory, confined-water training and real open-water experience.
You will first be introduced to the essential theory of scuba diving, followed by practical training in shallow, confined water or pool dives. This gives you the opportunity to become familiar with the equipment, breathing underwater and the basic skills you need before entering the open sea.
The course then continues with two full days of boat diving, with two dives per day, allowing you to practise your new skills in the Red Sea under the supervision of your professional dive instructor.
Throughout the course, you will learn how to use your diving equipment correctly, develop essential underwater skills and become more comfortable and confident in the water.
