    Marsa Mubarak, south of Marsa Alam, is one of the Red Sea’s best-known marine-life areas. Its warm, clear waters and sheltered reef areas create excellent conditions for exploring the underwater world.

    With a little luck, you may encounter green sea turtles feeding around the seagrass areas and possibly the rare and gentle dugong, also known as the sea cow.
